HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DELIVER?

We take 1-2 days to process and dispatch your order and handover to the courier. After that, the courier takes around 1-7 days to deliver your order.

However, due to festive or holiday season the order quantity is very high and courier companies have longer offs and pickup wait times and hence the order fulfillment times rise up to 3-4 days.

You will be notified when your order ships from our warehouse with the shipment tracking number.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, your order will be changed or re-routed and you WILL NOT be eligible for a refund. We take no responsibility for orders placed to the wrong address.

FAILED DELIVERY OF THE PACKAGE

If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver) or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to us at the customer's expense.

ITEMS NOT RECEIVED BUT TRACKING SHOWS DELIVERED

We do not refund or replace items that are marked as delivered by our courier.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a hassle-free exchanges or returns.

FOR EXCHANGES (MAX 3 DAYS AFTER DELIVERY FOR SIZES & ITEMS):

Unused and unworn items are eligible for a free exchange provided the jewelry is unused. To initiate an exchange, please ensure that you have the original packaging including the items and the boxes, and then contact our customer care team. We will arrange for the exchange shipment to be picked up by our logistics partner.

Once your exchange parcel undergoes our quality inspection, we will provide you a credit note of the same amount which you can use to order the new size/item.

FOR RETURNS (MAX 3-DAYS AFTER DELIVERY):

Unused and unworn or damaged (in shipping) items are eligible for a full credit that can be used on the website.

In cases of refunds in the original payment mode (only if it’s approved by us), we refund the amount minus the logistics cost to us (even if the shipping was FREE to you).

We want to remind our customers that if any items are found missing or used from the return shipment, we reserve the right to deduct an amount up to the full MRP of the missing product from the refund credit amount.

To initiate a return, please ensure that you have the original packaging including the items and the boxes, and then contact our customer care team. We will arrange for the return shipment to be picked up by our logistics partner. Please keep in mind that shipping and handling charges, as well as taxes and duties, are not refundable.

Sterling silver jewelry along with plating can last you years and is easy to maintain. It is easier on the skin making it hypoallergenic and it will not give you any green fingers!

Although our jewelry is strongly resistant to water and other materials and can last years, we do recommend you follow the jewelry care and cleaning instructions to make them last even longer.

REMEMBER these are just precautions - even if you forget a few, it's all right!

• Avoid or LIMIT direct contact with harsh chemicals, soap, perfumes, and excessive humidity.
• TRY taking off the jewelry before showering or swimming.
• Put on your jewelry at LAST and take it off first.
• If you ever need to re-plate the jewelry, leave it to us or your local jeweler!
